The celebration in October underscores the Authority\u2019s commitment to <strong>customer satisfaction<\/strong> and operational excellence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NLA Customer Service Unit\u2019s <strong>Philip Cole<\/strong> said, according to a press release: \u201cThis year\u2019s theme, \u2018<strong>Mission Possible<\/strong>\u2019, reflects our commitment to delivering <strong>outstanding service <\/strong>and ensuring every customer has a memorable experience with the NLA brand.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Director-General <strong>Mohamed Abdul-Salam<\/strong> actively engaged with staff during the launch of Customer Service Month, delivering a keynote address praising their dedication and contribution to the NLA\u2019s <strong>reputation for excellence<\/strong>. He, along with Deputy Director-General Eric Wadie and other executives, connected with staff in a show of unity and appreciation, reinforcing the Authority\u2019s commitment to \u201c<strong>leadership, teamwork and service excellence<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"900\" height=\"506\" data-id=\"10533\" src=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/africa\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2025\/10\/GHANA-NLA-CUSTOMER-900x506.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10533\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">NLA\u2019s Mohamed Abdul-Salam connects with staff, highlighting leadership and a culture of excellence during Customer Service Month<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>This month&#8217;s celebration includes<strong> interactive activities<\/strong>, staff recognition and engagement programs, all designed to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for players.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of its mandate under the National Lotto Act, 2006 (Act 722), the NLA oversees lottery products including the <strong>5\/90 draw<\/strong> and the <strong>Noon Rush game<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The NLA\u2019s partnership with KGL Technology Limited has transformed its <strong>digital operations<\/strong>, driving major revenue growth. From 2020 to 2024, the NLA\u2019s digital earnings surged from GHS20m (\u20ac1.84m) to GHS157m (\u20ac14.44m).
