“The global reach of SiGMA World allows us to meet with partners working in different regions and discuss new opportunities for developing our products”

Exclusive interview.- 1) WINWIN Partners is returning to Rome after presenting its GEOs, products and partnership models at SiGMA Europe in 2025. What are the company’s main objectives at SiGMA World this year, and which conversations will you prioritise?

SiGMA World is a global platform that brings together representatives from different markets and areas of the industry. Therefore, our main goal in Rome is to strengthen relationships with our existing key partners and meet new teams, to whom we can offer competitive cooperation terms and strong products.

We build our partnership model around long-term results: it is important for us not just to attract new affiliates, but to offer them suitable products, flexible cooperation models and conditions that allow them to work more effectively with our brands and steadily increase volumes. At the conference, we will focus on discussing the potential of our key markets, the specifics of traffic sources and the prospects for developing partnerships.

The global reach of SiGMA World allows us to meet with partners working in different regions and discuss new opportunities for developing our products. Ultimately, we evaluate such events not by the number of meetings, but by their performance: new partnerships, opportunities to increase volumes with existing partners, and concrete ways to develop the WINWIN Partners ecosystem.

2) What would make SiGMA World a successful event for WINWIN Partners?

For us, a successful conference depends on the results of several teams, each working towards its own goals.

For the marketing team, the main priorities are making our booth effective, communicating with the audience and collecting valuable feedback from partners. This year, we are preparing a completely new booth concept for SiGMA World, with a focus on our global presence and the development of international partnerships. Visitors can also expect exclusive prize draws and a limited-edition merchandise collection. We want WINWIN Partners to stand out at the conference and create a memorable experience for our partners and guests.

For the affiliate team, the key goals are meeting existing partners, strengthening relationships and making promising new connections. First and foremost, we are interested in affiliates working with our priority markets and traffic sources, as well as partners with whom we can build long-term and mutually beneficial cooperation.

Over the past year, the WINWIN Partners affiliate network has grown by more than 7,000 partners. Therefore, it is now important for us not only to continue expanding it, but also to pay special attention to the quality of cooperation. We are interested in working with affiliates with whom we can build sustainable partnerships and create conditions for mutual growth. What matters to us is not just the growth in the number of partnerships or meeting lead KPIs, but the potential of each cooperation and the results we can achieve together.

If this approach to partnerships matches your goals, we would be happy to meet you at our booth H3-3036.

3) WINWIN Partners operates across more than 46 GEOs. Which markets will be the main focus of your SiGMA World strategy, and why?

SiGMA World takes place in Europe and brings together a large international audience. The event gives us an opportunity to meet with experienced affiliates, discuss new forms of cooperation and expand our partner network.

At the same time, we will be looking for partners working with Africa, Asia and Latin America, especially Brazil, where we see potential for the development of WinWin Bet. We view global conferences not only as an opportunity to connect with the market where the event is held, but also as a platform for meeting international partners with expertise in different regions.

A separate strategic priority for us is Africa. In 2025, we launched GoldPari, a product developed specifically for the African market. We are now continuing to expand its presence in the region and attract new partners interested in working with African markets.

International conferences help us connect with affiliates who have experience in African markets. We believe that combining a deep understanding of local markets with cooperation with experienced partners creates a strong foundation for sustainable growth in the region. We are already seeing this approach work in practice.

4) WINWIN Partners uses CPA, RevShare, Hybrid and Fixed models. How do you determine which model is most appropriate for a particular affiliate, GEO and traffic source?

If we move from general discussions to practice, we often follow established market standards, which are shaped by the specifics of different traffic sources and our partners’ business models.

CPA is traditionally in demand among teams working with classic media sources, such as Facebook Ads, PPC and In-App. For them, a fast return on their investment and the ability to quickly reinvest profits are important.

RevShare, Hybrid and Fixed models require a more individual approach. In these cases, we consider the market, the traffic source and the potential of each partnership. Although our RevShare rates can reach 50%, we do not limit ourselves to standard terms. Instead, we focus on each partner’s specific needs and offer a deal adapted to their traffic.

Our goal is to build a partnership model that works for both sides: helping affiliates maximise their profits and steadily increase their volumes, while attracting high-quality audiences to our products.

5) Which markets will be the main priorities for WINWIN Partners in 2027?

In 2027, Africa will remain our main focus, while we will also continue to develop the Asian and Latin American regions.

Today, WINWIN Partners operates across 15 African markets: Zambia, Burundi, Benin, Ethiopia, Burkina Faso, Congo, Cameroon, Senegal, Mali, Nigeria, Kenya, Côte d’Ivoire, Togo, Tanzania and Ghana.

We are paying special attention to Francophone Africa, where we see significant potential for further growth. Our priority is to strengthen our position in the region by developing a local partner network and working with affiliates and teams who understand the specifics of local markets and audiences.

6) What new tools or improvements can affiliates expect from WINWIN Partners in 2027?

Our approach is based on developing a complete partnership ecosystem. We see our relationships with affiliates as one of the key factors behind our growth, so we are working in several areas at once: developing marketing mechanics, improving our partnership models and expanding our product portfolio.

This year we launched our first promotion, WINWIN Performance Challenge, which brought together more than 500 partners and teams. Now we are already working on the next promo, which will be on a larger scale than the first one. For us, these initiatives give partners an extra incentive to grow their volumes, achieve stronger results and get more value from working with WINWIN Partners.

Another area we are developing is our own partnership model, WINWIN Model, which we are preparing to launch. It will allow us to move beyond standard partnership arrangements and offer affiliates more flexible solutions based on the specifics of their traffic sources and the potential of each market.

In addition, we continue to develop our product ecosystem. This year, we added a third brand to our portfolio: Wild Chance. We have also expanded the range of traffic sources we accept by starting to work with In-App traffic.

WINWIN Partners’ approach is based on building a sustainable partnership ecosystem where the growth of the company and its partners is closely connected. We will continue developing in

this direction by expanding our product portfolio, improving our partnership models and creating new opportunities for growth.
