SIS expands 49’s live draws with Betway partnership in South Africa
The deal is significant for SIS as it marks its first time creating additional 49’s live draws for a partner.
South Africa.- Sports Information Services (SIS) has announced a partnership with Betway to deliver two new 49’s live draws tailored specifically for South African players.
As per the terms of the agreement, SIS will broadcast the two new live draws daily from its UK studios at 11:49 AM and 4:49 PM British Summer Time (BST), corresponding with 12:49 PM and 5:49 PM (SAST) in South Africa.
The deal is significant for SIS as it marks its first time creating additional 49’s live draws for a partner. Since its introduction over 29 years ago, 49’s has become a staple in the fixed-odds live numbers market. Its appeal has seen it expand to include popular formats like 39’s and Fast 15’s.
With the partnership, SIS’s total number of live draws delivered to operators annually now stands at 330,000. The provider prides itself on offering low-stakes, high-win potential products that have become a hit with African players.
Jess Mills, head of product proposition at SIS, said: “Widening our offering to partners is always important to us. The exclusive partnership with Betway for two additional daily draws will significantly enhance engagement. This product has proven to be a performer in Africa, and I am sure players will welcome this unique enhancement.”
By partnering with SIS, Betway further strengthens its live numbers portfolio and positions itself for increased user engagement and growth in the competitive South African gaming market.
Craig Osborn, Betway Africa’s senior product manager, said: “Our agreement with SIS aims to provide our customers with a bespoke, branded experience of a product we know consistently performs across Africa. We are excited to fully align with a product that has such a rich history.”
