Nigeria.- As the 2025 Enugu Gaming Conference approaches, Nigerian gaming stakeholders are gearing up to network and discuss the latest trends shaping the future of gaming and entertainment in the country.

Ahead of the event, the Enugu State Gaming and Lotto Commission(ESGC), in partnership with PMM Limited, has announced plans to launch the Rangers FC Dream Big Raffle, a ticket game that gives fans a chance to win big while supporting the Enugu Rangers, the state’s NPFL franchise.

Currently sitting at 9th on the Nigerian Professional Football League (NPFL) table, Rangers International Football Club is one of the most beloved teams in Nigeria’s South East region. It also boasts a fan base that spans the whole country.

With the raffle scheme, Enugu State aims to unite fans nationwide in support of the club and generate vital funds to support its operations, facilities and community initiatives.

The program is expected to sell one million tickets each month at ₦200 per ticket and generate a monthly revenue of ₦200m(€110,442). The quarterly revenue is projected to reach ₦600m(€331,326), with an annual revenue potential of ₦2.4 billion (€1.3m).

50 per cent of annual revenue (₦1.2 bn) will go to winnings and prizes, while 20 per cent (₦480m) will cover operational costs, leaving ₦720m as net revenue.

ESGC will oversee the initiative, ensuring it upholds transparency and adherence to regulatory standards. The regulator will deliver a presentation for the Dream Big Raffle at the 2025 Enugu Gaming Conference.

Potential investors will learn about the raffle’s technology and audit-ready transparency, the licensing framework, marketing, fan engagement strategies and the long-term plan to roll out the model to other NPFL clubs.

Investors can expect returns through a structured revenue-sharing model with ESGC and Rangers FC. They can also co-own the project’s backend technology and operations, which can be scaled across multiple sports clubs in Nigeria.

The 2025 Enugu Gaming Conference will be held on July 30 and 31 at the International Conference Centre, Enugu. More than 1,000 people are expected to attend.
