Mali.- PMU Mali, the country’s state-backed betting and lottery operator, has launched a dedicated customer call centre as part of its 2026-2030 Strategic Development Plan, marking a major step in the company’s modernisation drive to strengthen customer service and modernise customer relations.

According to a press release issued by PMU Mali’s Marketing and Communication Department, the Call Centre was officially inaugurated on July 15.

PMU Mali said: “This achievement is one of the major actions of the Strategic Development Plan 2026-2030 of PMU Mali, carried out by the General Management under the leadership of Fasséry Doumbia, Director General. It illustrates PMU Mali’s desire to sustainably modernise its customer relationship, improve the quality of its services and strengthen its proximity to bettors, dealers and all its partners.”

The facility was officially inaugurated by PMU Mali’s Deputy Technical Director General, Abdoul Karim Sidibé, who performed the ceremonial ribbon-cutting during the launch.

PMU Mali’s new customer Call Centre is designed to deliver faster, more responsive support for bettors and partners.

The new Call Centre forms a key part of PMU Mali’s five-year modernisation strategy, providing a dedicated channel for customer enquiries, assistance and the reporting of concerns.

PMU Mali said: “Designed as a real proximity tool, the Call Centre now offers customers and partners a single point of contact to obtain information on PMU Mali’s products and services, formulate their concerns, report any difficulties and benefit from personalised support.”

The operator said the Call Centre will centralise incoming calls and efficiently process requests for information, complaints and guidance, while improving responsiveness and service quality in line with its service standards. PMU Mali added that the facility complements its existing communication channels, including its digital platforms and social media.

Customers can access the Call Centre free of charge for information, support and assistance.
