Director General Dramane Coulibaly praised the retirees for their role in establishing LONACI as a major player in the Ivorian lottery sector.
Côte d’Ivoire.- The Loterie Nationale de Côte d’Ivoire (LONACI) has hosted a special event to honour former management committee members who have reached retirement age. The ceremony, held on Thursday, January 15 at LONACI’s Abidjan headquarters, was led by Director General Dramane Coulibaly, celebrating the retirees’ enduring contributions to the organisation’s growth and success.
The event provided an opportunity for warm exchanges between current leadership and former executives. In his address, Mr Coulibaly praised the retirees for their sustained dedication, noting that their efforts were instrumental in establishing LONACI as a major player in the Ivorian lottery sector.
He emphasised that the institution prioritises not only performance and innovation but also maintaining strong interpersonal bonds with individuals who have significantly contributed to its history and development.
The convivial meeting continued with a luncheon at Le Grand Large restaurant, where guests shared memories and reflections in an informal setting that reinforced the familial spirit within the organisation.
This gesture reflects LONACI’s broader ethos of promoting institutional memory and strengthening internal solidarity, an approach evident in both its leadership philosophy and operational initiatives. While the gathering honoured veteran executives, it also reinforced LONACI’s commitment to preserving its legacy while pursuing future growth and innovation.
