LONACI charts future course with strategic development plan

Running until July 5, 2025, other activities and discussions in the week-long workshop will focus on defining key objectives and growth strategies for the next five years.

Ivory Coast.- The National Lottery of Côte d’Ivoire (LONACI) has embarked on an initiative to develop its strategic development plan for the period 2026-2030.

The process began with a strategic planning seminar on Monday, June 30, 2025, held at the Hôtel des Savanes in Assinie. Dramane Coulibaly, director general of LONACI, gave the opening address, outlining the organisation’s vision and objectives for the next five years and setting the tone for a productive and successful planning process.

Coulibaly also urged members of the steering committee, led by Deputy Director General Abdulkarim Outtara, to work collaboratively to develop a comprehensive plan that aligns with LONACI’s mission and goals.

Running until July 5, 2025, other activities and discussions in the week-long workshop will focus on defining key objectives and growth strategies for the next five years.

By creating a roadmap for its future direction, LONACI sets itself up for long-term success and sustainability. The public limited company was established in 1970 to provide a structured and regulated gaming platform for the Ivorian population, while generating revenue for the state and supporting social development programs.
