Nigeria.- The 2025 Enugu State Gaming Stakeholders Forum, organised by the Enugu State Gaming and Lotto Commission (ESGC), is taking place today, Thursday, November 6, 2025, at the Amadeo Event Centre in Enugu. The forum is a strategic regulatory engagement aimed at bringing together all licensed gaming operators, agents, technology partners and key stakeholders within Enugu State’s gaming ecosystem.

The forum will feature key announcements, including the establishment of ESGC offices across all local government areas to decentralise regulation, and the deployment of gaming inspectors statewide for compliance monitoring. The Commission will also launch its new digital platform for licensing management and introduce community development initiatives supporting education, healthcare, sports and youth empowerment.

Furthermore, the forum will include the unveiling of ESGC’s new corporate identity and official gaming approval signage, highlighting its renewed commitment to innovation, efficiency and collaboration in gaming. The regulator says the event marks the beginning of a new phase in its drive to foster a more transparent, technology-driven and socially responsible gaming environment.

Prince Arinze Arum, ESGC’s Executive Secretary and CEO, described the forum as “a landmark in the state’s journey toward full digital regulation and responsible gaming”. He stressed that attendance is mandatory for all licence holders, as it demonstrates adherence to the commission’s compliance roadmap.
