Eswatini.- Betting giant MulaSport has emerged as a key player at the Eswatini International Trade Fair (EITF) 2025, providing a major financial boost to sporting and cultural events with an E200,000 (€10,400) sponsorship.
The Fair, which kicked off on August 29 and runs until September 8, is fully underway at the Mavuso Exhibition and Trade Centre, drawing thousands of visitors daily. It serves as a platform for businesses, entrepreneurs, government agencies, sports and cultural groups to showcase products, services, innovations and cultural initiatives.
MulaSport, a leading betting and gaming company in Eswatini and Southern Africa, is making its mark as an official partner and key sponsor, bringing thrilling competitions, prizes and a buzzing arena stand to entertain visitors.
The sponsorship was announced prior to the Fair, with volleyball, netball, basketball and a cultural dance competition each receiving E50,000 (€2,600) to fuel their tournaments and performances.
The Eswatini Investment Promotion Authority (EIPA), which drives the Fair by coordinating sponsors and supporting business, sport and culture, praised MulaSport for going beyond betting.
EIPA Acting CEO Sibusiso Mnisi said: “These are not merely games; they are platforms for talent, unity, and economic growth. MulaSport’s backing shows how business can drive impact beyond profits.” He added that their support ensures the Fair is not just about trade but also a celebration of culture, sport and community.

MulaSport’s Country Representative Phetsile Xuba emphasised the company’s pride in renewing its partnership with the Fair, which began in 2023. “Sport and culture are at the core of our identity. What excites us most is seeing how these teams have grown since last year. We believe this year’s turnout will be even bigger,” she said.
At the Fairgrounds, visitors depositing as little as E20 (€1) into their MulaSport accounts have enjoyed fun competitions, games and the chance to win branded prizes. Crowds have flocked to the stand, blending the excitement of betting with interactive entertainment and product showcases.
