1/st Technology acquires DRF Bets from Affinity Interactive

The platform has been rebranded as 1/st Bet Pro.

US.- Affinity Interactive, the parent company of Daily Racing Form (DRF), has announced the sale of its DRF Bets platform to 1/st Technology, the parent company of online betting brands 1/st Bet and Xpressbet.

As of June 10, Xpressbet began to assume ownership and operational control of the platform, rebranding the product as 1/st Bet Pro. Affinity Interactive had worked with 1/st Technology since 2011. According to1/st Technology, the acquisition strengthens its market position in B2C and B2B wagering technology.

Scott Butera, chief executive officer of Affinity Interactive, publisher of DRF, said: “This is a pivotal moment for Affinity Interactive and DRF. This strategic transaction allows us to sharpen our focus on DRF’s core strengths—premium racing data, expert handicapping, and compelling content.
