MGM National Harbor to be tested

The casino has to pass a test in order to get the permission to open its doors.

US.- According to the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency, the entity that will run the test, the eight hour test is scheduled for today, and is set to last for more than six hours. MGM Grand National Harbor needs to pass the controlled demonstrations.

The gaming officials will test the integrity of the slot machines and table games and they will ensure that the payouts the fame offer are compatible with the state’s monitoring systems. A Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency spokesman said: “The controlled demonstrations are live gaming, just as you would find at any of our operational casinos. We have staff on hand to perform audits and reviews.”

MGM National Harbor will be a boutique-style hotel and casino, with more than 300 rooms and an integrated theatre, a conference centre, art, myriad dining options at different prices and a conservatory with flower sculptures. National Harbor has hired about 350 employees and has extended employment offers to more than 2200 people. MGM plans on hiring 3,600 workers.
