Graton Resort & Casino to open its doors in two weeks

The casino completed a US$175 million expansion and will open its doors on November 15.

US.- The new Graton Resort & Casino hotel will be open to the public in two weeks, after finishing a millionaire expansion that includes a luxury hotel with more than 200 rooms and a convention center. The casino located in Sonoma County, California, first opened in November 2013, and almost three years later finished its expansion.

Joe Hasson, General Manager and Vice-President of the US$800 million casino owned by the Federated Indians of Graton Rancheria, said that they’ve always had relationships with nearby hotels, “some within shouting distance.” “We’ve always had resort attributes, such as a range of restaurants, bars and lounges, and entertainment. Now the lodging component will fulfill all the elements of our name, and a guest will seamlessly be able to leave the casino, jump in an elevator and ride to their room,” he added.

The US$175 million Graton Resort & Casino expansion, operated by Las Vegas based Station Casinos, will also offer a Boathouse Asian restaurant, a spa, a meeting-convention space and a new pool area.
