Golden Entertainment Casinos will operate with Konami’s solutions

Konami will provide Golden Casinos with its Synkros Management System to improve marketing and administrative operations.

US.- Golden Entertainment Casinos, located in Pahrump town of Nevada, chose Konami’s Synkros Management System to fulfill its marketing and administrative operations. Synkros system will focus on customer loyalty programs and gaming solutions. This is the first big decision of the casinos brand after the final phase of its merger last month.

Pahrump Nugget Hotel & Casino, Gold Town Casino and Lakeside Casino & RV Park will replace its current management systems for Konami’s Synkros solutions of single player card operations, premier bonusing suite and modern reporting program. Synkros will manage over 1,000 gaming machines using its award-winning marketing tools.

Golden Gaming is improving its casino offerings after the merger with Minnesota-based publicly traded Lakes Entertainment last year. Together, the companies gathered over 9,300 gaming machines under the Golden Entertainment brand. “We selected Konami’s SYNKROS for our Pahrump casinos due to the company’s strong reputation for delivering extremely reliable systems packed with marketing solutions. With kiosking functions through SYNKiosk and new bonusing applications via True Time Tournaments and SuperSeries, guests can enjoy a whole ecosystem of player rewards and benefits that are personalized to their gaming activities,” commented CEO of Golden Entertainment, Blake Sartini.

Lakes Entertainment had previously selected Konami’s Synkros for Rocky Gap Casino during the last two years of the independent operations. As Scott Richards, director of systems sales at Konami, explained: “SYNKROS’ proven architectural stability was a significant benefit to their leadership team, as was the one-card player loyalty solution they could carry across their Pahrump operations.”
